  • What are the age groups and skill levels offered?

    Cap Valley FC offers programs for all ages and skill levels: beginner academies (U6-U8), recreational teams(U10-U19), and competitive teams (U10-U19), ensuring every player finds the right fit.

  • How will the US Soccer age group changes affect my child?

  • How do I register my child?

    Players must complete registration through the link provided for the program or tryout.

  • Where do I buy uniforms?

    We partner with Kombat soccer, a local Sacramento business.  


    We will be changing the official Cap Valley FC uniforms for both recreational and competitive programs. Check back soon to learn more!

  • What is the Parent Code of Conduct?

    Parents of Cap Valley FC players are expected to stay positive on the sidelines. 


    In order to register any player with Cap Valley FC, parents must sign and submit this code of conduct.

  • What is the Volunteer Policy?

    Families of players are required to contribute at least 4 hours of volunteer service per year. 


    Families receiving financial aid may be required to contribute more hours. If families are unable to complete and confirm with the club four (4) hours of volunteer work, they will be charged a $150 fee at the end of the playing year. 


    Families not receiving financial aid can pay the fee upfront during registration and be released from the volunteer hour requirement. 

  • Can I coach my child's team?

    Cap Valley FC encourages parents and caregivers to actively participate in the community.  


    Coaching a recreational team is a great way to contribute to the Cap Valley community as well as support your child.  


    Serving as a volunteer recreational coach will satisfy the volunteer requirement for that player's family.
