Cap Valley FC’s U8 Competitive Academy is designed for motivated players ready for a higher-level soccer experience in a fun, challenging, and development-focused environment.


Program Highlights

  • Led by Dan Cox – Director of Coaching for Cap Valley FC and a US Soccer B Licensed Coach
  • 2 high-level training sessions per week
  • Season runs from mid July through the end of October
  • League play in the NorCal Regional League
  • 7v7 game format designed to maximize player development and involvement
  • Structured environment focused on skill growth, confidence, and game understanding
