U6-U8 Academy Coaches

We’re looking for positive, energetic coaches to introduce young players (ages 4–7) to the game in a fun, supportive environment. If you enjoy working with kids and creating engaging experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fun, age-appropriate training sessions and small-sided games
• Teach basic skills (movement, dribbling, passing) through play
• Keep players active, engaged, and excited to learn
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship
• Communicate with parents and staff as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare, etc.)
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and patient
• Strong communication skills
• Entry-level coaching certification preferred (not required)

Schedule

• 2–4 hours per week
• Evening and/or weekend availability
